Portlet Deployment Manager

The ability for users and administrators to create dashboards and application panels within IBM Cognos Connection is an easy to use and powerful feature that many customers have leveraged to be a core part of their IBM ReportNet 1.1 or Cognos 8 based Business Intelligence Portal.

The Portlet Deployment Manager extends and enhances these capabilities and increases the ability for IT to create, manage and deploy content within IBM Cognos Connection. New custom pages, containing critical reports, portal pages and other content can be deployed quickly and uniformly to specific target audiences.

This allows IT to distribute the right content to the right people at the right time.
